Registration for the conference is $800.  October 1, 2012 is the deadline for registration, but no registrations will be acceptful after the course is filled, see cancellation information below.  Complete the Registration Form here.

Cancellations and deadlines will apply to conference registration fees and there are deadlines for full or partial refunds based on the cost of producing materials for the conference.  October 1, 2012 is the registration deadline.  No registrations will be accepted after the course is filled.  Requests for cancellation must be made in writing and include payment confirmation details.  Refunds will be made as follows:
