Exhibitor Booth Space is Limited

Every year we fill all of our exhibitor spaces for Updates in Sleep Medicine, so we urge you to complete your registration as quickly as possible.  Our exhibitor fees are the same as last year, $1,500, so you have no increased expense for this great opportunity to show your products to the registrants and faculty at USM.  Remember, exhibit booths are on a first-come, first-served basis, so for the best locations and to ensure your booth space, reserve your booth today.

Please remember that our accrediting agencies require that exhibitors complete a specific application for exhibiting at the conference that describes your product or service.  And your application to exhibit will be reviewed by the accrediting bodies for final approval to exhibit.  Unless and until they approve your application, USM cannot confirm that you may exhibit at USM.  So it is very, very important for you to complete and submit your request to exhibit as early as possible.   

Please note that we have had potential exhibitors in the past that have been prohibited from exhibiting because they have requested to exhibit too late for review before the conference.  Please call Jamie Sherman, the USM Coordinator that supports our exhibitors and sponsors, for help in completing and submitting your exhibitor request.  You may reach Jamie at 314.536.8928.  She will be happy to assist you in completing your paperwork, making your payment and
