Conference registration fees include enrollment, educational materials, opening reception (Friday evening), continental breakfast and buffet lunch (Saturday). Registration fees do not include hotel accommodations or activities other than the conference program. Parking is complimentary.

Cancellations and deadlines apply to conference registration and fees. You may cancel your registration and receive a refund, less a $25 administrative fee, with a written request received by Clayton Sleep Institute on or before October 1, 2008.
