Agenda for 2011

We plan to begin our program at 11:00 AM on Friday, November 4 and close at 12:30 PM Saturday, November 5.  This arrangement accommodates the increased continuing medical education units and also allows for free time to enjoy St. Louis and the Four Seasons accommodations.
