A Brief Tour of Past Updates in Sleep Medicine Conferences

Updates began as “Midwest Updates In Sleep Medicine” in 2003, and has grown in stature, topical reach and attendance each year. We have faculty and participants from 30+ states and in 2009 we have modified our name by dropping the “Midwest” to reflect the reach of the conference.

Our goal is to present the best “boutique” conference experience in sleep medicine—where the content and faculty are first rate and the atmosphere is warm, informal and inviting.

We are grateful to our loyal partners, sponsors, faculty and participants for making each annual conference a success and for challenging and encouraging us to develop the conference concept and goals.

Updates in Sleep Medicine is a program of the Clayton Sleep Research Foundation.

_{Pending final plans and confirmation of our full faculty roster, Updates in Sleep Medicine intends to expand the number of CME credits to 10 or more for the 2010 conference. We also plan to expand the accreditations to include physicians, physician assistants, dentists, nurse practitioners, nurses, respiratory therapists and polysomnographic technologists}.
